Since May Bletchley Group have been on consulting to OBB with management responsibility for the full lifecycle of:
• An internet Loans project
• The integration of DLFS Collections with the existing Lombard process.

The Internet project was delivered in October and now accounts for around 15% of the Loan business. The Collections project has also been successfully delivered resulting in significant process improvements through the automation of manual processes.

Both projects had extremely tight timescales, but through the application of a disciplined and structured approach, Jim successfully managed the numerous threats, challenges and scope creep.”
